MCCH WELCOMES NEW CASE MANAGER
Murray-Calloway County Hospital welcomes Beth Killion, RN, BSN, as its new Director of Case Management.
Killion received a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from University of Tennessee at Martin and is currently working on a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Healthcare from Bethel University. She is anticipating a graduation of March 2017.
She brings with her nearly 10 years of nursing experience, of which five years have been in a case management capacity. She began her nursing career in the Maternity Unit at Volunteer Hospital in Martin, TN as a Registered Nurse. She most recently served as the Case Manager Director at Volunteer Hospital.
“I’m excited about the environment and my staff specifically, everyone seems upbeat and the culture is very positive,” Killion said. "I hope to bring the knowledge I’ve acquired from my past experience to the Case Management Department and my overall goal is to reduce the length of stay.”
Killion was born and raised in Paris, TN, where she and her family still reside. She is married to Adam, her husband of 23 years, who works for the Criminal Investigation Division of the Tennessee Hwy. patrol. They have two children, Katlyn, age 19, and Reece, age 13.
