SURVANT NAMED AS ONLY ONE OF SIX STUDENTS IN THE STATE OF KENTUCKY TO KSRC (KENTUCKY SOCIETY OF RESPIRATORY CARE)

Steven SurvantSteven Survant, Respiratory Care Tech (student), Cardiopulmonary at Murray-Calloway County Hospital (MCCH), recently was named as one of only six students in the state of Kentucky designated to serve on the Kentucky Society of Respiratory Care. 

The KSRC is a chartered affiliate of the American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC), is a not-for-profit organization established to serve the professional needs of the respiratory profession and its practitioners, and support that profession's ability to meet the needs of its patients.

Survant applied and interviewed for this position. He is currently finishing his associate’s degree and registered respiratory therapist certification in Madisonville, KY at Madisonville Community College. He will graduate in May 2017 where he will continue his career in respiratory therapy at Murray-Calloway County Hospital.

He plans to further his education by completing his bachelor’s and master’s degree through the Boise State online program. Survant resides in Princeton, KY.
