Dr. Gregory Thomas

Dr. Gregory Thomas

Dr. Thomas graduated from the University of Louisville with an undergraduate degree and also completed his medical degree at the University of Louisville.  He completed an Internal Medicine internship at the University of Louisville and completed an Occupational medicine residency at the University of Cincinnati, where he was also awarded a M. S. degree in Environmental Health.


Dr. Thomas is a member of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, (ACOEM), and the Kentucky Occupational and Environmental Medicine Association (KOEMA). He is a former medical officer with the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), a division of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).

Dr. Gregory Thomas will be the lead physician in the Occupational Medicine office located in the MCCH Medical Arts Building at 300 South 8th Street, Suite 376 West.

 


Lyn Ryan, APRN

Lyn Ryan, APRN


Lyn Ryan, APRN, has served in many professional roles at Murray Calloway County Hospital in her 29 year nursing career, including staff nurse, educator, nurse recruiter and most recently as nurse practitioner in our medical clinic assessing and treating acute and chronic health conditions in all age groups. In her role with Occ Med at MCCH clinic she will be overseeing work place related health services for MCCH and continue to provide acute and chronic health care to patients of Murray Medical Associates.

Lyn is a graduate of Western Kentucky University with a Master’s of Science in Nursing, and holds a Master’s degree in Leadership and Development and Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Murray State University. Lyn also performs recertification assessments for Hospice patients.

Beth Copeland has been a nurse for over 10 years with a background in Occupational Medicine, Internal Medicine, Urgent Care and the MCCH Wellness Works program.  

Beth is currently serving as the Employee Health Nurse in Occupational Medicine and has been with Murray-Calloway County Hospital since 2010.









Nikki Crass, Office Staff

Nikki Crass, Office Staff

Nikki began her career at Murray Hospital after graduating with honors from Calloway County High School.  While in high school, Nikki was a Teenage Volunteer for MCCH for two summers.  

Nikki has been the Medical Assistant / Registration Clerk with Occupational Medicine since February of 2014.  She is certified as a DOT Drug Specimen Collector and as a Breath Alcohol Technician.  She attended Murray State University and has been employed at the hospital since 2006.







Keena Miller, RN, BSN, MA

Keena Miller, RN, BSN, MA
Director of Wellness, occupational Medicine and Rehabilitation Services

Keena is an alumna of Western Kentucky University, the University of Florida and Murray State University.  She has been with MCCH since 2000, when she was recruited to open the Center for Health and Wellness.  Since then she has assumed responsibility for the health promotions program (Wellness Works), the Occupational Medicine Clinic and Rehabilitation Services.  Keena is the Co-chair of the Murray-Calloway Wellness Consortium.  She has served on several local non-profit boards including the Calloway County American Red Cross, the Calloway County Agency for Substance Abuse Prevention, and currently serves on the Murray Calloway County United Way board as Vice President.
