Educational assistance is offered to full-time and
part-time employees after the completion of their
conditional period. Tuition Reimbursement of 100% up to
15 credit hours per year for course in a healthcare
field or job related enhancement. For every $100
reimbursed, the employee agrees to work three months
with MCCH or refund the tuition payment.
Continuing education courses are encouraged for all
employees. Programs should be approved by the KY Board
of Nursing and provide continuing education credits
free to our staff.
