WAYS TO GIVE

Support from our community is what really makes The Foundation at Murray-Calloway County Hospital possible.  Generosity and compassion from people like you keep our community thriving, and you may be able to contribute in ways that you didn’t realize.

Life Insurance:  The gift of life insurance can transform a gift into a lasting legacy in your name or the name of a family member you wish to have remembered in a special way.

Wills:  Charitable gifts under your will, also known as testamentary gifts, take effect only after the time of your death. The amount contributed to charity upon death will not be subject to income tax.

Other Ways to Give:  The Foundation at Murray-Calloway County Hospital welcomes corporate, organizational and individual donors to help further the mission of our hospital. Giving opportunities range from unrestricted gifts to gifts of stock, real estate and personal property.

• Gift of Personal Property – Donate tangible personal property related to our tax-exempt function.

• Gift of Retirement Assets – Name MCCH as the beneficiary of the remainder of the assets after your lifetime.

• Gifts of Real Estate – Donate property to MCCH.Charitable Remainder Trust – Create a trust that pays income annually; the principal is retained for a charitable organization.

• Charitable Lead Trust – Create a charitable trust that pays fixed or variable income to us for a specific term of years; the principal is retained for heirs.
