MURRAY, KY – Murray-Calloway County Hospital is pleased to announce that Dr. Grant Gallimore, US Air Force Internist and Nephrologist has joined the hospital’s medical staff as a full-time hospitalist, providing dedicated inpatient care to patients at MCCH.

Dr. Gallimore comes to MCCH with five years of experience in internal medicine and hospitalist care. He completed his medical degree at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, his residency training at Keesler Medical Center, and his fellowship in Nephrology at the University of Texas Health Science Center.

As a hospitalist, Dr. Gallimore will specialize in the care of hospitalized patients, coordinating treatment among the hospital’s multidisciplinary teams and ensuring continuity of care throughout a patient’s stay.

Dr. Gallimore said, “I’m proud to join the team at Murray-Calloway County Hospital and to serve the people of this region. My goal is to ensure that every patient receives exceptional care and support during their hospital stay.”

Dr. Gallimore is now seeing patients as part of the MCCH Hospitalist Program.
