MURRAY, KY – Murray-Calloway County Hospital is proud to announce that Jenna McAlpin, Cardiovascular Service Line and Pulmonary Director, has been named Leader of the Year in recognition of her exceptional leadership, dedication to patient care, and commitment to advancing cardiovascular services for the community.
In her role as Director of Cardiology Services, McAlpin has demonstrated a strong commitment to clinical excellence and teamwork, being instrumental in the beginning of the Interventional Cardiology program at MCCH. Her leadership has played a key role in focusing on patient experiences, and supporting the physicians, nurses, and staff who deliver high-quality cardiac care every day. She has been an employee with MCCH for over 7 years.
Under McAlpin’s leadership, the cardiology team has continued to grow and evolve, expanding services, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining a culture focused on excellence and patient outcomes.
The Dr. William Mason Leadership Award recognizes individuals who exemplify outstanding leadership, inspire their teams, and demonstrate a lasting commitment to the mission and values of the organization.
