MURRAY, KY – Murray-Calloway County Hospital (MCCH) is proud to announce Lea Ann Brandon, Unit Secretary on the 5th Floor (5 South), as the November Employee of the Month.

Lea Ann has been an essential member of the MCCH team for the past seven years, joining the hospital in March 2018. During that time, she has become known for her exceptional dedication, reliability, and the vital role she plays in supporting staff and ensuring smooth daily operations on her unit.

One colleague shared high praise for her work ethic and commitment:
“Lea Ann does an amazing job. She holds our floor together and always knows what needs to be done; she never calls in and is very dependable.”

“Lea Ann is the glue to 5 South; she often goes above and beyond in making sure that things run smoothly for everyone. When the unit is busy, she often responds to call lights herself, taking waters, snacks, menus, TV guides, etc. to patients and their families. It is a noticeable difference when Lea Ann is not working, and we are so very grateful to have her. Lea Ann is dedicated to patient care, her co-workers, and MCCH!”
