FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
MURRAY, KY – Murray-Calloway County Hospital is proud to announce that our ENT team has successfully performed the hospital’s first ClariFix® cryotherapy procedure – a minimally invasive treatment designed to provide relief for patients suffering from chronic rhinitis, constant runny nose, and nasal congestion.
ClariFix® uses targeted cold therapy to interrupt the overactive nerves in the back of the nose that trigger symptoms. The procedure is quick, performed in-office or outpatient, and patients typically return to normal activities the same day.
“I am particularly proud of how smoothly the new procedure was rolled out. The OR staff have been outstanding partners in helping us provide this new procedure,” said Dr. Jubran.
This milestone highlights MCCH’s continued commitment to expanding advanced treatment options close to home and improving quality of life for our community.
To see if ClariFix® treatment might be right for you, please speak with your primary care provider about obtaining a referral. A referral is required for all new patients. For more information, contact the Marketing Department at 270.762.1381 or visit www.murrayhospital.org.
