MURRAY, KY – The Center for Health and Wellness (CHW) is proud to celebrate 25 years of service to the Murray and Calloway County community. Since opening its doors in 2000, CHW has been dedicated to improving quality of life through comprehensive health promotion, wellness, and rehabilitation services for people of all ages and fitness levels.

A program of Murray-Calloway County Hospital, the Center for Health and Wellness is a medically based fitness facility that combines the expertise of healthcare professionals with the tools and programs of a full-service fitness center. The facility offers a wide range of programs, including state-of-the-art exercise equipment, aquatics programs, massage therapy, group fitness classes, and personal training services.

Throughout its 25-year history, the Center has not only supported individual health goals but has also partnered with local physicians, rehabilitation specialists, and community organizations to promote overall wellness and recovery. Many members first come to CHW through physical therapy or cardiac rehabilitation and continue their health journey through the center’s ongoing fitness and wellness programs.
