MURRAY, KY – During National Hospital Week, Murray-Calloway County Hospital (MCCH) proudly celebrated every member of its team and the vital role they play in caring for the community. From frontline clinical staff to those working behind-the-scenes, every employee contributes to delivering compassionate, high-quality care and supporting the hospital’s mission to serve Murray and surrounding communities.
Throughout the week, staff enjoyed a variety of special traditions and appreciation events, including the annual Pancake Breakfast, Breezy Hills homemade ice cream, and the employee cookout. Additional treats such as popcorn and lemonade, as well as donuts and coffee, added to the celebration. Directors, managers, and members of administration served employees throughout the week as a gesture of gratitude for their dedication and service.
Hospital administration and physicians also participated in The Foundation’s Employee Assistance Fund fundraiser, joining in the fun by taking part in the dunking booth, which brought laughter and energy to the week’s festivities.
National Hospital Week served as a meaningful opportunity to recognize the teamwork, compassion, and commitment demonstrated daily across Murray-Calloway County Hospital. The celebration highlighted the essential role each employee plays in supporting patient care and strengthening the health of the community.
