MURRAY, KY – Murray-Calloway County Hospital is pleased to welcome Lexie Terrell, DNP-FNP, to Murray Medical Associates.

Ms. Terrell completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, as well as her Doctor of Nursing Practice at Murray State University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, providing care for people across their lifespan. She is committed to patient centered care and is passionate about educating patients and their families to empower them with the knowledge to manage their health effectively.

She previously worked as a nurse in the Cardiac Cath Lab and most recently in Labor and Delivery.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading a good book, and traveling, especially to the beach.
