MURRAY, KY – Murray-Calloway County Hospital recently held a retirement tea honoring Lori Morris, RN. Lori was a loyal employee devoting 41 years of her nursing career at MCCH.

Lori says this hospital has been like a second home to her and she has had some awesome
co-workers and made lifelong friendships. She has worked L&D, Nursery, Post-Partum, PACU, Outpatient Surgery, Cath Lab and Radiology Special Procedures.

 “I have so many things that I want to do. It’s time to pass my job on to the younger generation and I hope my successors are faithful and loyal to MCCH and are very successful in their nursing careers,” said Lori.

Lori said she is looking forward to playing with her grandkids, Riggins (10) and Rhett (6). She may take up pickleball and plans to spend some time kayaking with her husband Eddie. She also plans to spend more time traveling and has her first trip to Cape Coral, Florida, planned next month.
