MURRAY, KY – Murray-Calloway County Hospital (MCCH) is pleased to announce the appointment of Valerie Bryant as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

 

Bryant brings extensive healthcare financial leadership experience to MCCH, including 15 years of service as a Chief Financial Officer for hospitals in Michigan, Illinois, Kentucky, and Tennessee. Throughout her career, she has developed a strong background in healthcare finance, financial strategy, and operational leadership.

 

As CFO, Bryant will oversee MCCH’s financial operations, including budgeting, financial planning and reporting, revenue cycle management, and other key financial functions. As a member of the hospital’s executive leadership team, she will also help guide financial strategy and support MCCH’s continued growth and investment in healthcare services for the region.

Most recently, Bryant served at Vanderbilt University Medical Center’s Clarksville hospital. Her healthcare career has included financial leadership roles with hospitals across four states, giving her a broad perspective on the opportunities and challenges facing healthcare organizations today.

 

Bryant holds a Bachelor of Accountancy and a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from Walsh College of Accountancy and Business Administration in Troy, Michigan.

 

Originally from Michigan, Bryant currently resides in Clarksville, Tennessee, and plans to relocate to Murray in the near future. She and her husband, who were high school sweethearts, have been married for 37 years and have two adult children, a son and daughter, who reside in Michigan.
